Day 30: I'm currently reading Malibu Rising by Taylor Jenkins Reid and also just started listening to The Mars Room by Rachel Kushner.

Day 25: Book villain I love - Mrs. Danvers from Rebecca by Daphne du Maurier
Day 26: Biography everyone should read - The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks
Day 27: Book you read every year - I don't think I have one!
Day 28: Classic I haven't read but plan to - So many... but I'll go with Don Quixote by Miguel de Cervantes
Day 29: Book cover I love - As silly as it might sound, I love the Barnes & Noble Classics editions of the Count of Monte Cristo, Persuasion, and The Secret Garden
Again, I apologize for the delay! I finished up my finals, then graduated this past weekend. It has been hectic, yet very exciting! :)

Day 24: Because I just bought it this past weekend, the first book collaboration that comes to mind is The Talisman by Stephen King and Peter Straub.

Day 23: "Whatever our souls are made of, his and mine are the same." - Emily Brontë, Wuthering Heights
What's funny is I've actually never read this book but I've seen the quote so many times over the years that it's now engrained in my mind. I will read Wuthering Heights one day though!

Day 22: Annie on My Mind by Nancy Garden

Day 21: Modern Masters of Horror edited by Frank Coffey.

Day 20: The first book with an unreliable narrator that came to mind for me was Shutter Island by Dennis Lehane.

Day 19: This is another tough one because I haven't listened to enough audiobooks to have a true favorite. But, if I had to pick, I'd say Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens, read by Cassandra Campbell.

Day 18: A book I like by an author who is no longer with us would be The Princess Bride by William Goldman.
Gabrielle wrote: "Day 17, Book with a Person's Name in the Title:A Coal Miner's Bride: The Diary of Anetka Kaminska, Lattimer, Pennsylvania, 1896 by Susan Campbell Bartoletti
Cristina, you do not have to worry abo..."Thank you so much, Gabrielle! :)

Day 16: A Dozen Black Roses by Nancy A. Collins
Day 17: The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon by Stephen King
Also, I apologize for not posting daily. Finals are rapidly approaching which has kept me very busy and distracted recently. Loving this challenge though!

Day 14: The Bloody Chamber by Angela Carter
Day 15: Where the Red Fern Grows by Wilson Rawls

Day 13: The Woman in Black by Susan Hill.

Day 12: A popular book I hate is Red, White & Royal Blue. There are many others, but that's the first that immediately came to mind... Lol.

Day 10: A book that made me cry happy tears was Anxious People by Fredrik Backman. It was so heartbreaking and bittersweet, yet it helped me realize a lot about humanity and this crazy life we share.
Day 11: A character I’d want to have dinner or drinks with... that’s a tough one! I’m torn between Evelyn Hugo and Scarlett Clark from They Never Learn. But I’m sure if I gave it even deeper thought, I’d find more characters I’d love to join our dinner party.

Day 9: I don't have a favorite book to give as a gift since I select books depending on who they are for. However, if I had to list a specific instance... I would probably say when I surprised my partner with Jocko Willink's "Leadership Strategy and Tactics" right when it came out. They adore Willink's message and teachings, and credit him with helping kick them into gear, so it was a much appreciated gift.

Day 7: I've only recently begun listening to audiobooks so unfortunately, I don't have many options to choose from. I did enjoy the audiobook for Stephen King's A Good Marriage and Liane Moriarty's Big Little Lies.
Day 8: I also can't say I've ever read a series I adored besides Harry Potter, but I understand it's not for everyone, nor is Rowling the adored author she once was.

Day 6: A book that broke my heart was Monday's Not Coming by Tiffany D. Jackson.
