okok sorry for interrupting but I literally don't know where to put this but I need help cause my friend said she might like science guy and said she would back off but idk if I can trust her

I had a trip to indianpolis this weekend with my band and I was with my friends the whole time and basically to give some backstory we had signed up for hotels and everything and done all of this before we went so we get there we preform we go to dinner and we just get to hangout for a while so I'm with 3 of my friends and one of them who I'll call e told us she kinda liked someone but didn't exactly know yet cause she didn't know he was at our school until the day before so we ask her about him and she gives us lies sadly but I get why she did. later, we get to our hotel room and it's me, e, and 3 of my other friends, m, l, and a and our other friend wasn't in our hotel. so we get ready and me, l, and e are laying in the other room cause the other two are in the other room and it's like 12:30am atp so we're like "we should just lay down with the lights off and talk" and we did, but eventually we got e to tell us a bit more if I told her who I liked and she told us more and L and I were guessing and it got down to a point where we were concerned cause the only person left we could think of was the guy i like. So L asks her "ok I just gotta ask is it '(science guy)' AND SHE SAID YES. she was like "yeah why is he mean" and me and L start bursting out laughing before I tell her I've liked him since august and she sits there stunned but thankfully she's cool so she's not gonna go for him, but the next day (today) we went to the zoo and at the very end like we were waiting to go to the buses he comes up to us cause now he knows e and he's friends with L and he tells us a story from that day (it had to do with someone we all know so) but then afterwards e comes up to me and is like "HE TALKED TO ME FIRST I SWEAR" and our other friend i who wasn't in our hotel room looked at us confused and L told her the guy we were trying to figure out from e was the guy i liked and it was this whole thing

so we still haven't talked much but since the first quarter of school is over we switched seats in science class and I was asking my friend where I sit and she said I sit right behind her but she didn't remember who sat next to me so I asked who her lab partner was (who sat next to her) AND THIS GIRL GAVE ME SCIENCE GUYS FULL NAME. she doesn't know I like him and I can't tell her now that would be even worse but anyways my friend who sits in front of science guy now turned around to ask me if some answer was right cause her and science guy were telling eachother which was right and HE TURNED AROUND AND LOOKED RIGHT AT ME. I sat there for half a second before responding "uhhh yeah that's right"

ok idk if anyone wants this but I have updates on science guy!!

help I just finished the way I used to be and I have no clue what to read now I was thinking of see you yesterday, the fault in our stars, the picture of dorian gray, or the brothers hawthorne, but I'm not sure and I'd also take recs please!!

guys I keep running away from the guy I like it's like I completely avoid him cause I'm scared omg. BUT. today before rehearsal we were watching a recording of our show and reviewing things in the band room and me and my friends sat down near the door and there was tons of open space near us and this guy quite literally entered the room with his friend AND SITS RIGHT BEHIND ME. I swear I saw him smile at me once too.

here's an update on this little story:
basically I haven't been able to really talk to him, but I've been seeing him a lot recently and we had a competition yesterday, and he smiled at me after almost running into each other on the field and
when we got back to school at 1am he said something to me but I had turned the corner and didn't get to hear what he had said. other than that, I mean a lot has happened including a lot of eye contact but!

I'll try to talk to the kid soon but I don't get to see him for extended periods of time LMAO, idk why my goodreads doesn't let me directly reply but thank you guys

omg I forgot to tell my story so there's this guy in my science class (I call him science guy) and I didn't even know he was in band until he was in my science class but basically I saw him and was like omg woah. and basically had a fat crush on him so then I was like yk what I'm gonna figure out where he is in band and this is a huge red flag but he plays the trumpet I know but like he's also really cute and super nice but we also barely ever talk. however we literally make eye contact all the time. like every single day but THEN this girl I have a hatred for got moved next to him in science and now he doesn't sit next to me but she's been talking to him in science. but td we had a competition and after we preformed and went to awards n stuff we got to just hangout so me and my friends were joking around and I literally saw him look at me multiple times like ok!! also we're close to eachother during our show and I didn't even realize. basically I have a fat crush on a guy I barely talk to cause I'm scared to!!

I have this long story about a guy I like if anyone wants to hear. guys we're literally meant for eachother (I may be lying???)
