hey Sam...i would not say that this a a fantasy..i think it comes under historical fiction or greek mythology..
and for the writing style..its not much complicated but rather quite simple...it took me about 3 or 4 chapters to get into it(i was a beginner)
so we can safely say that its an easy read and it was a 5 star for me!!
I highly recommend it

I've never read the series but I've watched the movies...everytime i try to pick up the series i think that I've got all the spoilers already and ik the plot...CONVINCE ME TO READ THE BOOKS!!
