David Tennent is my favorite Doctor, too! FYI, Jonathon Aris is Anderson in 'Sherlock' (I had to look up his name. I wouldn't have thought so from the first two series, but he played tortured over his role in Sherlock's death in the third series so well, I could suddenly really see him as Rutledge.

Jonathon Aris as Rutledge?

I have always pictured David Tennant as Rutledge, but since he is already playing a detective in Broadchurch that probably wouldn't work.

For Charles Todd... I love the dynamic of Rutledge's relationship with Meredith Channing. Do you plan on bringing her back to England in the future?
