I was doing E books to save space, but I got really into book covers recently and I want to have a physical library. I figure, I love books, so they can be part of my decor.

Lol I'm a year late replying, but YES! I read way less in December:(

I love answering questions:)

Thanks for the link! I feel terrible I forgot about Sunday:( I blame BN;)

Hmmm... Not sure I know all the options, but having a sense of good/bad/auras could be cool.

So far I have failed at my goal to read the books I own. I'm still too addicted to ARCs.

I always feel like I will have more time to tackle more books, but then the heat makes me want to do nothing. I told myself, though, that I'm going to work on some of the books I own instead of acquiring new ones.

I have a couple favorite autobiographies: Open by Andre Agassi and Growing Up by Russel Baker.
Otherwise, I enjoy English history. I've never had an interest in things like Business or Current Affairs.

Do you guys read non-fiction? Do you have favorite subjects or books?

I get wanting to continue a world that you love, but I don't like when it's published and I don't want to ever hear about the weird crossovers or pairings. LORELAI AND DEAN!? No. I also kinda hate all the terms for it: fanfic, fandom, shipping, etc.

Not sure if these count, but I dislike when the plot is all based on a misunderstanding and I also get really tired of the "quirky character".

I might read a classic. :)

I just want love stories. Call me chick Scarlet. Harhar.

Same here. I have to see the cover and it bothers me when I get e-arcs and I don't see the cover on my nook.

I tend to not like ones with people on them. (Unless a movie cover version with an actor I really like. See: The Great Gatsby, YUM!) Pastels can also turn me off, but that's a personal preference. I actually really like the covers that tend to be on the YA dystopian books. It might be because I can tell what it's representing and I get excited, or I just like the colors and themes. I also really like covers that look like art: Shoemaker's Wife, Beautiful Ruins, etc.

I wouldn't have a problem with it if it didn't come with such a negative connotation.

Depends on if I purchased it or not:) Generally, if I'm 1/4 through and it's not my thing, I stop. I don't finish books I'm not into. I often judge books by their first line! Tough, I know.
