Sorry I didn't make the discussion --- and I'm still working my way through the book. But, I have been enjoying it so far. At the beginning, I was reminded of China Mieville's book Embassytown.

Hi! I'm Jen and I work at Central Library (St. Louis) in the Center for the Reader. I read all genres, and this group sounded appealing. Right now, I haven't managed to read any of the books in a timely fashion, but I'm hoping that I can manage to get through the LeGuin in time. I've checked out The Word Exchange, but hadn't gotten to it (because, of course, I'm the middle of two other books).

I'm hoping to attend in person soon! :)
