Hi y'all!
Meet Bea! I am staying in the group and it will stay around. She is going to tie in this group to her challenge so there will even be a place you can officially join. You might even see some new faces :)
I am so proud of our library loving group!

Hey guys-
While I won't be hosting a challenge next year I am asking the person who is if they would be willing to have a goodreads group for those who don't blog. I will let you know when I hear back, if not I may just keep this one going as an unofficial challenge for 2016 :)

@Angel That is freaking awesome! My total is around $300. I am hoping this afternoon I can go through the boards and get us a grand total so far. I am excited to see the amount :)

This is for Books Read in October! I can't believe it is freaking October already. Also I know I need to update my list of read library books and do a total saved review. So far y'all (last I checked) this group has saved over $500 going to the library. Way to rock it!

Ok y'all time for September books! Remember that each book you read enters you for a chance to win a super special Library Book Bag! :) Good LUCK!

Hi Guys-
We are doing a Love your Library Card event in September (official renew your library card month). While there will be stuff on my blog. I am doing a special here only giveaway too. Every book you read in September will enter you to win a new library tote stuffed with goodies.
Also if anyone would be interested in doing a Library Book Review, Library Guest Post, or give me a small blurb about why you love your library--I would love it! You can either leave your blurb here or follow this link if you are interested in a guest post or review:

Ready for July? I am :)

Sorry I have been absent a lot of this month (dang work) I have only read 2 library books but I have checked out cookbooks like a freaking demon. I love the cookbook section at my library :)

BJ--I am the same. I would love to own them all but the price AND the fact that I have over $2000 worth of unread eBooks (scared that audio and paper would send that total towards paying off my car) ---I just can't pass up picking up series from the library. Yes sometimes it is just not available and I will buy. However buying is now my last option not first :) (UNLESS I know I will be rereading a lot)

I totally discovered the Jennifer Ashley Shifter series through the library. I am now working on The Hallows series (I had books 1 and 2) but the library is letting me continue that series without spending money.
I am a total series reader and use to feel I needed to own them all. However, if I realistically look at ones that I will reread-I have learned to read them from the library.
In fact, it is how I am getting the rest of the Katie MacAlister historical romance series. I just love that the library can "fill in" my spots :)

LOL Sunday is my TV day so I didn't get any reading done yesterday :)

This is where we will track Feb Books Read!

WTG y'all! I will open up Feb's thread tonight and do the tally (hopefully tonight---I am picking up a new foster dog at 3 so it will depend on the total amount of craziness going down as my dogs adjust LOL)

I can't believe Jan is almost over. I have plans on Saturday (we are going to be rainy and cold) to total up the amount we all 'saved' by using our libraries :)
