Finished! Wow no wonder why people get off free and why it takes years to go through the system.

It’s coming to a close. Hoping to finish today

Finished this session. Wonder if they will use the evidence and keep the cousin’s identity unknown will read more tomorrow

Just finished this session. Yes it’s getting very good. Wow they just found evidence but how can he sunlit it without getting his cousin In trouble. Wonder how he will handle this new mess.

Just finished this section. Wow what a situation the witness is an illegal and could be sent back to his country if he tells what he saw. Does he remain quiet or does he tell and risk being deported. And was it the husband or some stranger he saw? Could it be more than one man? Will read more tomorrow.

Finally read till chapter 7. It’s interesting to listen to the case. It’s like we are in the jury. Love the interaction with the class and how the teacher asks them if they think he’s guilty or not. From what I read I feel that he is guilty but it is strange that they mention a mystery witness? Wonder if there is one or not. I read very slow so I’m done for today will read more tomorrow.

I’m only up to chapter 7 so will comment there

It was very interesting to learn something new. Glad to see you join me.

Finally finished chapter 3. Enjoying it a lot. Like how he describes the courtroom and how things work in chapter 2. Liking Theodore he’s very smart for a middle schooler.
Don’t think I will be sticking to my schedule though as it took me 2 30 minute timers to read the 3 chapters. Yup one hour. I’m a slow reader. I’ll keep reading and commenting in each thread as I go. Just giving you a heads up if anyone is joining me.

Starting this today. Will be back with my thoughts.

Chapter 20 to End. How did you like the book? Will you continue to the next book?

I read the silent patient in March. Unfortunately I read it alone. The threads are still there if you want to comment in them. It was very good one of the best I read in March but again I only read about 12 books in March.
I certainly agree with you about the NY POV. I read the light we cannot see and I had a problem there too because I only liked one POV and the book dragged because I only wanted to read that one POV and not read the rest. LOL. Hope that doesn't happen for this book too. The book was the light we cannot see by Doer that that happened to me with. It is also historical fiction.

I just finished chapter 4
Out of the 3 POVs I really enjoy Grace from New York the most. That always seems to happen to me with multiple POV books. Wonder if she will find the person who lost the suitcase.
Felt bad for the little boy who lost his whole family except for his cousin. So nice of the man to offer him some money for food.
Well I’ll see you in the next thread.

I love the aspect of the suitcase so far."If you read on just go to the next thread and post your thoughts there and we will catch up to you eventually.
