OH, OH, what about this? While the characters aren't always near their familiars, they do seem to be largely grouped near other people associated with them.

So #1 is (view spoiler)[The GD in disguise - he seems thin and tall (he's bowing forward) and has a sharp nose (hide spoiler)] and is near
#2, who I immediately took for (view spoiler)[Watson. Watson's played as a bit of a clumsy dumb oaf in this, and this figure looks rather dim and pompous (hide spoiler)]

Which would leave #22 as most likely (view spoiler)[Jack (hide spoiler)], since #10 is next to (view spoiler)[Morris (hide spoiler)]

Also, is it just me, or is there a certain amount of grouping according to (BIG SPOILER) (view spoiler)[Openers, Closers, wild cards/uncertain/chaotic, and those present but not in the Game? (hide spoiler)]

As for Owen's sickle, that's actually a scythe, but people often confuse them, and it's probable Warhola did so and meant it to belong to Owen.
