Hi All. Rex Stout was one of America's best mystery writers and the creator of Nero Wolfe and his sidekick Archie Goodwin. Not too many people know about him which is rather unfortunate as his books are out of print here. ( Bantam was to reprint the entire series of 72 odd mysteries featuring NW and AG - short stories, novellas and novels )

recently read ' In a forest , a deer ' by famous Tamil writer CS Lakshmi ( Ambai ) and translated by Lakshmi Holmstrom. work of fiction but brilliant ( and most stories had a strong feminist theme ) . Highly recommended
