Freiya’s comments from the What's the Name of That Book??? group.

I am looking for a book I read about 16-18 years ago.
I am 99% sure that it was a Harlequin romance book.
I do not remember what kind of series/version of Harlequin it was? (Harlequin Presents,Harlequin Romance, Harlequin Desire? Etc.)

These are the things I remember about the book:

The heroine was kind of standoffish about sex because she had some kind of issue with endometriosis or vaginismus.

But she was not cold or prudish, it was more like she was careful or reserved.
I do remember the heroine kissing and making out with the hero, but she tried to cool things off when they became too intense and hot.

She does tell the hero about her condition/problem and he is very patient and understanding.

They are adults.

I can’t remember exact ages but between 20-30 years old.
The heroine is a virgin.

Unfortunately that is all I remember.
