The heroine was rich, she was disowned by her father and I believe she was an ex model or something? That and I think she was living on his property because they had a "fake marriage".

Hi guys! I am trying to remember what a book was called that I read awhile back, I remember some of the plot but the title escapes me. I read the book around 2019 or 2018

Rich girl, disowned by her father at 18 because her boyfriend abused her or something after she caught him cheating? She tripped and ended up in the hospital, she meets this guy? And for whatever reason, she starts living in a guest house on his property, he gets the hots for her and her him, she has insecurities about sex as well because her ex-boyfriend was dominating? It's killing me that I can't think of the title, someone help!
