Thriller/ Mystery. Two young girls leave a birthday party and kidnap a baby from a stroller. One girl is malicious the other is naïve. They both go to juvie. Years later, one of the girls resurfaces and another baby goes missing. The naïve girl is trying to figure out where the baby is and what is wrong with the second girl. I read this around 2016.
