Tori’s comments from the What's the Name of That Book??? group.

I read this book years ago and would love to reread it! From what I remember he’s a bear (or a really big shifter of some sort) and she kidnaps him shoves him in a cage in the back of a truck and then keeps him in a cabin in the woods in order to convince him they are mates.

I can’t get it out of my head but also can’t remember enough to find it on my own.

I remember a few things:
I’m almost positive it was a series
She has a small sidekick who helped her and he couldn’t figure out what the male lead was
One “case” she was involved in was about a missing fish for a wolf pack

I wish I could remember more, please help!!
