189072 This book really hit me hard. I became so invested in the characters and the rich storytelling was wonderful (completely at odds with the subjects written about and the plot in question). The ending had my mind reeling and I lay there for about an hour coming to terms with it. Now I've read this I have the other books he has published on my list to get through!

189072 I listened on this to audio and once I started I couldn't stop. It was narrated by the author which seemed to make it so much more personal and like she was just sat across the table from me.

I'm hoping to now find her other books on audio because after this experience I definitely feel like that is the way to go for me.

189072 I normally read one medium/thick book and either a comic/poetry/short book alongside it. I find I get through my tbr a lot quicker that way :)
