Ruth’s comments from the EVERYONE Has Read This but Me - The Catch-Up Book Club group.

I had never read this book before, but I had heard good things about it, so I was excited. Unfortunately, I was accidentally spoiled, so I knew the ending in advance. Still, despite knowing what would happen, I really loved the book. I felt so bad for the heroine, especially during the dress scene, and I really rooted for her. I think I would have enjoyed it even more if I hadn't known the ending--I think I would have been surprised.
