18975 Hi Anitha, I've looked on Amazon and see CBT type workbooks for depression. I did not try them out but have heard Dr. Russell Barkley's lectures on ADHD. I have tried several CBT courses for depression (commonly accompanying ADHD) and I am a big fan of it. "Taking Charge of Adult ADHD Paperback by Russell A. Barkley.
