Hi all. Been a while since I have posted. Still writing and am working on another book I hope to have published in April/May. I also have a new gig. I am one-half of the Mystery Review Crew. We do written interviews along with other book promotions. If you are interested, check out our website.

Have you noticed Goodreads reviews are now posted on books on Amazon? Not the individual reviews but the total and averages.

Wow, interesting. Makes sense.

That is good news. It needed to be changed. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you. I sure hope so.

Thank you. What a heck of a motivator.

Super exciting news. This past week I received an email from Kirkus Reviews. I was told that Operation Navajo had been selected by Kirkus' Editors as one of their "Great Indie Books Worth Discovering." The book will be featured on their website and in the November 1st Kirkus Review Magazine.
Operation Navajo: A Tracker Novel

I have had some luck with FB ads. Both in sales, and subscribers to my newsletter.

I had the same experience with Net Galley, won't use it again.

Great article and very timely for me. I have a new book that hopefully will be published by early June. I am already setting up my launch promos. Thanks for posting.

I have a blog tour scheduled for later this month. Other than posts on FB and Twitter that's probably all I will do until I get the new book published. Glad to read you made money, Alex.

Hope everyone has a safe and fun holiday weekend.

Erica, this is a great idea. I just posted on Twitter.

I've had the same problem. They are fast to make the changes to the kindle version, but the paperback or hardback is another issue.

Kathleen animated the cover for two of my books; Sentinels of the Night and Not Dead. I absolutely loved the covers. You can view them on Twitter and Pinterest.
If you want an animated cover, you should consider her service.
