I decided to continue the challenge in 2022 and just finished Please Look After Mom. I have to admit: I did not really like it. Maybe it was due to the German translation but the whole thing was written in such a whiny tone that I had to force myself to get through the whole book.

I'm still stuck with my November pick from Australia but I wanted to say I really enjoyed this challenge and I'm sad to see this may be the last year of the ONTD reading challenge. Lea, if there's any way to support you, please let me know :) As I'm a slow reader I will continue the challenge in 2022 and read the books from all the countries I did not cover this year.
