Hello everyone!
My name is Michaela, I am in my early twenties and what can I say, reading is one of my most cherished hobbies. I just finished my Bachelor's degree in engineering and will start another one in economics this summer. Though the past couple of years did not offer me much time to read, I have recently gotten my nose back into books. Genre-wise I like a variety of books and some of my favorite authors include Val McDermid (specifically the Tony Hill and Carol Jordan series), Dan Brown, Thomas Harris and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. Currently, I am reading the first book in the Takeshi Kovacs series "Altered Carbon" by Richard Morgan.
In my free time, I also play the piano, spend time with my dog and have started dabbling in creative writing.
I am looking forward to getting to know you all better and to lively discussions and good recommendations.
