Brigid - I know you enjoyed my ALMOST HUMAN series. It was rejected over 200 times! So don't give up. A rejection doesn't mean it isn't good (they never even read mine!) sometimes they just aren't in the market for that type of story, and with the economy at present, agents and publishers are much less willing to take a chance on an unknown, unpublished author. It's a very difficult business to break into by traditional methods.
