Hi friends! If you don't follow us on social media or if you didn't hear, the Spirit Bound liveshow will be tomorrow, Thursday, December 7th at 6 pm ET/3 pm PT on my channel, CarolineReads

I don't know when the liveshow will be this month! I've had responsibilities on Thursday nights, when we usually do liveshows, and now this Thursday is Thanksgiving! We'll probably talk about moving forward with Bloodlines during the liveshow.

How are we already on the last book? This means that we've been doing this readathon for almost 6 months?!? Thanks for hanging out with us during the liveshows, talking in the discussion boards, and for being awesome reading buddies! I'm really excited to hear what you guys think of this one (my favorite in the series) in the next liveshow.

It's time for July's book of the month!!! If you're just joining us, there's plenty of time to catch up. If you want to talk about the first book, and this one, we have discussion pages open for first time readers and repeat readers.

It's July 1st! Can you all believe it? That means that Frostbite is our book of the month. I'm hoping we can do a live show and/or VA movie watch with you all early this month, but until then, if you finished Vampire Academy, on to Frostbite! If you would like to discuss the first book, be sure to respond on our spoiler thread.

I just finished my (probably 4th or 5th) re-read! I realized so much foreshadowing than I did before and took a lot of notes. Also, I realize that there should definitely be trigger warnings in this book for slut shaming, self harm, and depression. I'm sorry I didn't mention that before.

I can definitely see your point. The slut shaming is definitely a part of this book, and it definitely makes me feel uneasy too. I think it's so ingrained in the world due to their prejudiced view of dhampir women as "blood whores ".
