Let us know what you think. I love the BDB but haven't been as keen on her other writing.

Had anyone watched the Black Dagger Brotherhood on Passionflix. I wasn't going to, but caved. It's done on a budget but as JR Ward is heavily involved it's very true to the books.

I finished a classic Linda Howard a couple of weeks ago. [bookcover:Mr. Perfect Enjoyed this old school romantic suspense a lot more than some of the more recent authors. Linda and Sandra Brown sure knew how to write them, even if Sandra Brown has lost a little bit of her lustre lately. I'm currently reading her latest.

Ooh thanks for the reminder. I'm enjoying this series too.

Well done. I love Sandra Brown as well. Especially her books around 2000-2018. While the last couple have been good, they aren't quite to the standard of some of her earlier ones. eg Mean Streak, Lethal, Chill Factor.

What does everyone think about the upcoming series being made?

Wow Nepal. Have the best time, I'm sure you will. Is it mainly trekking? My husband and daughter really enjoy trekking, I'm more of a walking and historic sites gal myself.

Where are you heading, Lisa?"
Cruising around Japan.. I've read Memoirs of a Geishaand watching Shogun on TV in preparation. The grand children have already made their requests for the pokemon shop too so got to take a bigger bag, LOL

I have to finish my review, but I'll say that KMM is back and strong as ever. I did get some Fever series vibes with the writing..."
Oh wow! Lucky you getting the ARC. I am very much looking forward to reading this when I get my copy later in the year. So glad it's good, it must be daunting for an author bringing out a new series when her last was beyond amazing!

He is divorced and has a 9 year old son. By chance, he ..."
Thanks for the rec. Am at present loading up my kindle for good books to read on a long plane flight. Looks good.

Are there any other SB fans here? If so what ar..."
Hello. I love Sandra Brown and have all of her books. I think the older ones are better than her newer ones, just my opinion.
My favourites are - Mean Streak, Lethal and Chill Factor. But they're all good, she is the Queen of the twist you don't see coming. Happy reading.

Thanks Vanessa. I really like all her writing especially Veronica and Stoker so I'll add the new murder one to my TBR.

Goodreads is frustrating at times, but I still stick with it.
The camaraderie in this group is lovely.. I think a lot of us have been book friends for well over ten years, probably fifteen since the old Amazon group. Even if I don't post all that frequently, it's part of my day checking in. 😊

I agree Douglas, it's a really enjoyable series. I'm waiting for my copy from the library. (Still prefer reading in paper like the dinosaur I am, LOL)

Oh that's great to hear. I've got a long flight coming up and I think I'll save reading book 2 till then. I'm going to re-read Book 1 first, there are a lot of details I want to refresh. Enjoy your event.. he's Australian you know, LOL..
