Thanks, everyone! I can already tell this will do wonders for my writing. Everyone's so supportive, one can't help but really try.

I'm new here, so please be gentle.

This looks like a nice challenge--a great way to keep writing. Sort of like NaNoWriMo except for the entire year, right?

Goal: I think I'll start with 500 words a day. I'm not really all that conversant with how much work that would amount to, but I'll try to fulfill it as much as possible.
