Review:
I really enjoyed this book. It was a bit confusing with the switching of back and forth in the timeline. There were also many characters to sort out. The author drew me into the story that I continued despite this confusion. My favorite character was Judy the detective. I loved how she was able to get information out of everyone much to the chagrin of her superiors. I reccomend this book.

Review: I really liked this book. I am drawn to African literature, I was in the Peace Corps in Ghana for 2 years , eons ago. I loved the description of West African life, how Christianity and the English colonization influenced African life. I will read the next book in this trilogy.

I listened on audio and it was very good. I have usually don’t enjoy YA books, the characters can be boring. The characters in this book were interesting and didn’t bore me. This series is not quite as good as the Illuminae trilogy. It was a hard act to follow. I will continue on with this series to see what happens.

I loved this book. It was a rather large book 537 pages. The story moved along and I never wanted to skip chapters ( my sign that I really don’t like what I am reading) Stephen King can weave a story like no one else. The main character is Charlie and I absolutely love him as a character. Great book.

Review: It has been a while since I read this series. I thought the first book was just okay. Glad I returned. The second installment of this series was much better. I love Gin as a main character and her world is fascinating . I like most of the secondary characters except for Donovan. I will definitely be continuing on with this series, hopefully with not such a long gap

I have had this book on my tbr for sometime. I am glad I finally read it. It is both a heartwarming and heartbreaking story. Told my Enzo and elderly dying dog. I recommend this book!
