What would you like to see more of or less of?
Does the MC (main character) have to be a good guy to be interesting?
How about the secondary characters?
What gets you going?
What makes you stop cold?
Though Ace/Aro characters tend to be thin on the ground right now, have you read any books featuring them and what do you recommend?
Thoughts?

By Emily Greggs
It’s 1852, and Clara Adams has had her future planned out for her: find and marry a proper young man, then settle in for a life of quiet obedience and domestic bliss. She’s resigned to her fate, until a bout of curiosity leads to her untimely murder, and resurrection, at the hands of monsters that she’d never dreamed might be more than fictional. Death brings Clara unexpected freedom, along with new dangers and the sudden weight of responsibility. Thrust into unlife with no way back, Clara has to learn quickly, for her unique gift might tip the scales in the secret war against her murderer for control of all London!
Heartless is an action/adventure comic set in early Victorian London. It’s about vampires, self-discovery, more vampires, the struggle against oppression, and very pretty dresses. The entire main cast is LGBTQIA+, with an explicitly asexual protagonist.

Hi, I'm Lori, and I love to read. I'm trying to collect books on the bookshelf that aces and aros and everyone in between might like to read. Also, as they become available, these books mean more representation! If you know of a book that I missed, please add it to the bookshelf. We'll deal with refining the system over time, hopefully.
Feel free to post about books or anything else you might like to talk about!
Books, articles, music, movies/TV shows featuring asexual characters of all stripes. All are welcome here.
Feel free to add to the library too.

Ace is the Place Fiction
Asexuals In Fiction
Asexuality in YA Fiction
Aro and Ace Spectrum Characters in SFF
Books with Asexual Main Characters
Books with Asexual Spectrum F/F Romances
Queer Romance with an Asexual MC
There's a lot of overlap between the lists, but hopefully this will help you get started! Happy reading!

These are books which people think others might like which have minimal sex or romance. However, since there are more and more books featuring ace protagonists, by all means, add them! We need more. :D
I want the bookshelf to be reflective of the whole community, but the main goal really, is to start bringing the Asexual reading community together and kinda centralize the books too. This is by no means a comprehensive list or collection. Feel free to add books you think fill the bill.
