@Ashley — Thank you for verifying the word count and the info! I will be able to check in the future. I didn’t realize the ND and HB books were children’s books! I’m also all caught up on the spreadsheet — so sorry about being so behind 😅 I’ll be better till the end of the reading challenge I promise!
Hiii everyone! I wanted to apologize for not being around oe updating the sheet as consistently the last week. I will remedy this later today, I promise! I have been house sitting and they have terrible service so all I’ve been doing besides yard work and taking care of the animals is read.

Lol, I should really refrain. My goal was to knock 100 books off my physical TBR this year, but that doesn’t make a huge dent if I am buying a ton
@Ashley I have this app on my phone called Book Buddy. I scan all my books into it and I use it to keep tabs on my physical TBR count as well as track which friend or student has borrowed books, etc. I treat it like a library system app. I haven’t explored all its capabilities. I know I can export the app data to a spread sheet. It also comes in handy when I’m out book shopping. I like to support indie stores while I travel, so I usually pick up a book every time I travel or am in a new city. The app has saved me from accidentally purchasing a book I already own before. lolz… I might have a book buying problem…
I’ve scanned about 900 books so far which means I should be about 1/3 done based on my previous count and what I believe I have purchased over the last year. lol …I also started this process and then didn’t keep up with adding new books, so I just started from scratch.
The first time I did this I found unintentional duplicate books so I’m just hoping I didn’t do that again 😅
I don’t know if I told you guys or not but I’m in the middle of alphabetizing and cataloging my library. I wanted to get an exact number on my physical TBR. So far it’s been eye opening lmao.
@Ashley I really don’t remember why I didn’t like Manon, I loved reading about all of the characters this time around. I even got a quote about Manon and the 13 from KOA on a decorative print for my library. I was really expecting to dislike Tower of Dawn from everything I saw, but I loved it. I don’t wanna share any specific just in case anyone hasn’t read it yet. I didn’t do the tandem read because it was my first time reading them and I’m really glad I read them that way.
I plan on rereading it eventually too. I reread ACOTAR all the time when I’m in a reading slump or just crave it 😂
This might get me grief but I have to admit my favorite ACOTAR character is Nesta.
@Eldarwen I had originally read the first 3 books a couple years ago and I loved Celaena, but once the books started to be include Manon. I found myself skimming or wanting to skip her chapters. So I just stopped reading the series. I knew I could revisit it later. I don’t remember why I disliked her at first. I ended up talking with some Manon lovers recently and that was enough to convince me to start over. lol I’m really happy I decided to reread the first books and finish the series. It is so good! I have laughed so much but also cried — the emotional onslaught that is this series. Kingdom of Ash was quite the journey. Well worth it in my opinion!
I ended up finishing the TOG series. 🙈 I am starting battle book today! @Ashley I also updated sheet since I’ve slacked — so sorry!
I started Tower of Dawn yesterday, but depending on how long it takes me to read it then I’ll read my battle book.

I’m good to read One plus One, it’s a JoJo Moyes book and I’ve been meaning to read it since I loved her book “Me before You”!
Like for example, I have “The Merchant of Venice” which would give them ICE.
I have a few MER books too if that’s the route we go.
If they send back another ONE, I have “One Plus One” to add to the chaos lol
I am all done with R2.
