I think Adelaide is perfect for both Tessa and Cecily. She doesn't have blue eyes but I pictured Cecily exactly like her. She also looks like Tessa so she could be her too.

I totally agree with most of your dreamcasts! But also:

Gideon → Kevin Flamme or Gen Huismans.
Woolsey Scott → Ton Heukels or Paul Boche (Paul looks exactly like Woolsey, but I usually prefer Ton, just because of his lips, LOL. By the way: Paul → Woolsey).
Ragnor Fell → I like Adam Kenneth Wilson, to be honest.
