The book of the month for December is Divergent, by Veronica Roth. If you've never read it, I'm sure you'll enjoy it. I shed tears over this series. :)

How this works!: Read the book from now, until the end of December. Once we have all finished the book, we discuss it. We share out thoughts, our likes, and our dislikes, and what we thought could be better.

I've read the Penderwick series, as well. They were great books! Sky was probably my favorite character.
