38356 I had my mammogram on Wednesday. Waiting for results. The tech was super-nice, and it went smoothly, although the side view is weird-feeling.

38356 I have my checkup next week, so I'll get orders to go to my mammogram and actually do it this year.

38356 Sorry to be so late posting. My schedule exploded and I have had internet issues. Thank God it seems to be working better.

I read this earlier this month for a review (Affaire de Coeur) and it was an excellent book. I am like Elizabeth in that it wasn't a fairy tale book, but then that probably wouldn't have worked for Laura and Javier. I was torn on some very crucial aspects of this story and I can't say they all worked for me personally, but it was an excellent book and it moved me emotionally. I didn't cry, but I had a ball of pain inside as I read it.

That would be awesome to see Derek Tower again. He grew on me.

38356 Looking forward to reading this!
38356 Annie wrote: "This book was really good. It had plot, likable H/h and the writing was excellent. Not your typical erotica which I do not like."

This novella won't convert me into an erotica reader, but Pamela Clare is an author I feel I can trust to write erotic stories.
38356 Lynsey A wrote: "Agreed, Danielle. I definitely got the emotional connection feel between Laura and Javi in this short story. Just goes to show that Pamela is a great writer!"

I agree!
38356 I read this a few days ago, and it was very enjoyable. I'm not an erotica fan, but Pamela wrote a very good story here. Even with the understanding that these two characters were having a short fling, I could feel an emotional connection between them and it was a romantic story. It definitely makes you want to dive right into Striking Distance.
38356 Congratulations to all the winners!
