I recently read a memoir by Julie Colvin whom I had met online. Her book, A Cure for Emma, is the story of her journey through her daughter's diagnosis of Type I diabetes. It is well written and a great read filled with many spiritual gems! http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/12...

I would love to say my new memoir is spiritual, but the spiritual journey for me, happened while writing it. Towards the end of the book, I mention all my quests to try to find meaning in death but mostly, my book is simply sharing the story of my husband's suicide and my journey of grief and self-discovery.
