Mr. Eagleman,

Your book, Sum: Forty Tales from the Afterlives, is an amazing piece of literature. I was blown away by the creativity of the book as well as the scope of theories covered. I have only read it once so far. But, I plan to read it many times.

How did you come up with the idea for Sum? Also, what were the easiest and hardest concepts for you to explore?

Thank you for creating what I consider to be a masterpiece. I remain astounded.
