They say opposites attract, and in 2066, Inspector Victoria Rhodes is a hard-working, mostly-honest cop serving the City of San Francisco. With the segregation of the upper classes in American society into covenant communities, the middle classes have been left out in the cold. Crime rates are elevated, infrastructure is failing, and when news comes that a City Prosecutor has been found murdered in the arms of her First Class Citizen Lover in the heart of the Covenant Community known as Atlantis, Rhodes finds herself thrust into the midst of a high-tension investigation with a suspect list that quickly shrinks to include none-other than the head of the Atlantis Security Multinational Conglomerate, a man known in the eMedia as Atlas.


At about 88,000 words, Atlas is a Science Fiction Suspense novel, the first in a planned series of novels featuring Inspector Rhodes and the socially volatile world of the 21st Century.
