Hello, S.J. Nice to make your acquaintance! Your book sounds intriguing. You could post a link to it in our free books folder: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...
Thanks for offering!

Hey, Shanna. Nice to meet you. You shouldn't really make any enemies 'round these parts. We don't bite. ;-)

ikr I wish they'd at least give you the option to keep the old format if it suited your needs better."
I was looking to see if they did! No such luck.

I'm not liking the new homepage much either.

Hey, Shine. I've just created a folder for you. Sorry it took so long (I thought Phoebe had already taken care of it.) Anyway, it's there now. https://www.goodreads.com/topic/group...
You should be able to start topics autonomously, but if you can't just let me know and I'll fix it.

Well, I once had this story idea that revolved around a character who was a boy in appearance (maybe fourteen-fifteen-ish) but who was actually far older, as in a century or so (maybe more). He was originally a thief by trade. Many years ago, he had accidentally stumbled upon some terrible secret or power, which had then cursed him (or attached itself to him) when he tried to steal it. It granted him unnatural long life, but it also tormented him. Ultimately, the idea had been to follow his journey to be rid of this power by returning it to it's rightful keep.
Hope that helps you some!

Hello, Knicky!
I've just got through reading your ideas, but just to be certain I've got everything right: You are asking for people to contribute their story ideas (the ones that they're not using) so that you can be helped with a creative spark? As in these ideas can help you get over a creative slump in your writing?
I'm just having a bit of trouble getting what you're saying quite straight. ;P Sorry.

For example,
1. how are you?
In malay, it sounds like apa khabar?
2. I'm Fine, thank you
In malay, khabar baik, terima kasih.
3. thank you
in malay, terima kasih
. ..."
Huh. My, it sounds sort of difficult for an English speaking mind.

Hi, Talya! Care to share some of your interests with us?

Pleased to meet you, Talya. Welcome!

Cool, Diyanah. What does malay sound like?
