67511 Sir Arthur C. Clarke & Frederik Pohl's "The Last Theorem" is a story that incorporates the theory, design, construction, & various usages of the world's first Space Elevator(/"Skyhook") which was dropped to Earth at Sri Lanka.

67511 Wanted to mention t' differences in how t' space rail's capital generating process, to which t' mining refers, is an more an inverse analogy than possibly considered.

With mining we start with our trek to environments anywhere where t' materials may be found, with space rail's we send our materials to where our environment is everywhere to be found.

Next we work to control our environment to separate out t' materials we seek, while (on the 30,000 floor) in our controlled environment we work our materials to bring forth the goods we designed.

Lastly we sell our goods to those who will distribute them worldwide, yet at t' top of our gravity well we distribute our goods to t' customers (space drop) world wide.

Capital from Space Rails will initially come from shipping of product to microgravity production facilities which will space drop products around t' world (possibly with swarms of UAV to catch, guide & protect between clouds and ground). This is (my) thoughts upon Space Rail Remining.
