6968 I listened to this one. There were two different readers, one for 90 (93) year old Jacob, the other for 20-something Jacob, who both did a great job. I enjoyed the book, although I sometimes felt young Jacob was a little spineless and the ending seemed slightly off to me.
6968 Read this one a few years ago. I'll have to re-read it to remember anything beyond the basic plot! I do own it though, so that won't be a problem.

6968 Hello everyone! I am 28 yrs old and I live in Michigan. I am married with no children, but one dog (shepherd mix) Raider. I love to read (of course), and will pretty much read any book that lands in my hands. Some of my recent favorites are Fruitless Fall (non-fiction about bees), Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman and Omnivore's Dilemma by Michael Pollan. My favorites are constantly changing as is my taste in genre. Lately I've been on a non-fiction kick, but I think that has about run it's course. I'm just about to tackle Drood by Dan Simmons. Anyone read it yet? Is it worth the length? Looking forward to joining in on the discussions!
