Hey folks,

So I'd picked up this book about a year ago, but never got down to brass tacks due to the fact I'd started a new job and other lifestyle changes. Then, recently, Dad asked if I'd read it and I realized, no, I never did. He mentioned how much he'd enjoyed reading it, especially the parts about meditation (which he and I discuss relatively frequently these days). Well, I drove in last night, and wow. I thought it merited further discussion with a larger group. So...
