Have you ever wondered being in a place where you don’t want to tell your friends something because then they will leave you? In the book What Happened When My Big Sister Went Crazy is about a girl whose sister went crazy and has trouble telling her friends and doesn’t know what to do and then is her journey about how she over came it and about how she wishes that her sister didn’t go crazy.. In my opinion this is a really good book because it tells you to not care about what other people say because your opinion is the only one that matters. This book is very similar to another one of her books One of those hideous books where the mother dies because its there journey about how they overcome there problem. Sonya also wrote the books What My Mother Doesn’t Know and One of Those Hideous Books Where the Mother Dies. I would recommend this book to a 6th grader or above because it is easy to understand and it teaches a lesson.

This book sounds really intresting especially because it has suspence and mystery and I really enjoy these types of books.

I love this book! But in my opinion it is better than The Hunger Games because it has more detail and is more for kids our age. I also love the movie!

“This book is about me. It tells the deeply hideous story of what happens when my mother dies and I'm dragged three thousand miles away to live in L.A. with my father.” In the book One of those hideous books where the mother dies by Sonya Sones is a really good because it is about how she finds out more about his famous movie star dad after he divorced his mom after she was born, even though she absolutely hates him. I would recommend this book to a girl who is thirteen or older because this seems to me more of a girl book because of its content. This book is very similar to the book The Summer I Turned Pretty because she didn’t have a dad and only have her mother and her mom’s friend to look up to but then her mom’s friend dies and is really sad about it. Sonya has also written the books What my mother doesn’t know, What my girlfriend doesn’t know and many other books.

What if someone told you that you would start a new life all over again on the other side of the country? In the book Playing with the Boys by Liz Tigelaar Lucy is told by her dad that there moving the next day all the way in the other side of the country where hopefully they will start there life all over again after Lucy’s mothers death. I really enjoyed this book because it is full of challenges and you will discover who your real friends are and who aren’t. I recommend this book to a 12 or older because it has some parts you won’t understand and needs to learn a little about football. I think this book is similar to The Summer I turned pretty because it is faced with a lot of challenges. Liz also wrote the first book of this Novel Pretty Tough, she also wrote End of Summer and many other books.

I really liked this book. But it is also very sad in some parts.

This book might also be similar to the book Divergent since its about challenges.

“What if one choice decides your friends, one choice defines your Beliefs, One Choice determines your loyalties forever.” In the book Divergent by Veronica Roth is a very good book because it’s detailed and very interesting. I would recommend this to to a twelve year old or if your older because you need to be very mature and the book includes some terms you might not understand. Even other people enjoy it like the book The Book Page states “you’ll be up all night with Divergent a brainy thrill-ride of a novel.” The Publishers Weekly said “A memorable unpredictable journey from which it is nearly impossible to turn away.” This book is also good because it’s similar to The Hunger Games in many different ways.

What will happen if Katiness or her loved ones get chosen as Tribute for the 74th annual Hunger Games? In the book The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins ,which has won Kids Choice Award for favorite book and many more awards.In this book the tributes have to run for their lives or they will get killed just like the book Shades Children.Suzanne Collins has also written Catching Fire, and Mocking Jay.This cronical of The Hunger Games is a really suspencful book which is way diffrentthan the movie. Since this book has some words that are complex I would recommend it for 11 years old or up also because the book contains violent scenes. Because the book is so great, other authors enjoy it;Stephanie Meyer said "I was obsessed with this book .... The Hunger Games is amazing." "This is the day of the reaping"the day nobody wanted to come.

Have you ever fell in love with someone your really close with? In the book The Summer I Turned Pretty by Jenny Han is about a girl who always goes to Cousin’s beach for the summer and in the house that they stay at they always see the fisher family. A person she is in love with is Conrad but he doesn’t like her back, but then something Unexpected happens. I think this is a really good book because she always keeps us wondering and you just don’t want to stop reading it. I would recommend this to a girl because it’s more of the view of a girl but I would say a 13 year old to understand it better. This book has won The YALSA best book for Young Adults. This author has wrote many books like the series of this book which include It’s not Summer Without You , also We’ll always have summer. You should read this book!

Have you ever read a book about finding someone who cares about you? In my opinion this a really good book that lots of people will enjoy reading about a boy named Kyle other known as Adrian who has to break a spell in order to be normal again but has to find true love and learns a valuable lesson. I would recommend this book to a 13-up because there are some complex words. She is also known for other of her books like A kiss in time, Clocked, Bewitching, Breathing Underwater. Some of the books she’s won are VOYA’s Editors choice and Abraham Lincoln Award Nominee.

It was that time when he had to die. Shades Children by Garth Nix is a really good book that will keep us wondering. I really liked it is a science fiction and fantasy and really see what they had to do to stay alive and was really shocking and sad what happened at the end. I would recommend this book to a 13 or 14 year old because there are some parts where you need to be mature. This book has won an ALA notable book and Golden Duck Award. Garth Nix also wrote other books like Old Kingdom,
The Seventh Towers, and The Keys to the Kingdom.

This book looks very intresting to read I hope i can read it next! hope i enjoy it!

The book I just finished reading is Stolen Children by Peg Kehret is about a girl named Amy who is hired to take care of a little girl named Kendra and while Kendra is taking a nap in her room Amy is down stairs resting next to the pool. Then all of a sudden she hears a scream and then when she goes to her room she isn’t in her bed, and then she goes down stairs and goes outside and sees that Kendra was being kidnapped. Then she goes inside the house and then the kidnapper goes to her and grabs her and takes her to. What is now going to happen? In my opinion I think it is a great book that can teach others a lesson and is detailed. For this book peg has won the Iowa’s children’s choice award in 2011. I would recommend this book to 12 year old or older because this is a great book that can show you a lesson, because this happens in real life. Peg also wrote Abduction, and I’m not who you think I am , and another book is Earthquake Terror. You should read this book!
