Have anyone of you ever used Scribd or Oyster? Do you like it? Is it worth the money? How hard is it to cancel your account after the first month?

I feel like there should be a mandatory minimum page length for any books that are being sold.

Am I the only person that looks at the number of pages in a book before I buy it? It doesn't matter if it is a physical book or an e-book. I don't buy an expensive (or even inexpensive book) if there aren't a lot of pages in it.

For example, there are a lot of e-books that are $0.99. But I have a hard time paying for ANYTHING that isn't 100 pages or more.

Am I the only one with this problem? Is it a problem at all?
