I voted for God's War...though I think it sounds more like "science-fantasy" than "science fiction".

I voted God's War as I've read the Jeff Vandermeer and the verner vinge. Just as well, it's on my To-Read shelf.
I voted for A Fire About the Deep because I own it but never read it. Good excuse to do so. Most of my votes will go that way.
Had my fill of dystopia for awhile, the Verner Vinge novel sounds really interesting.
I just ordered A Fire upon the Deep and it looks great-just started on chapter 3..so we will see!!
