David...it's for Sept-Oct...so you have time!
I was going to go with Keith Taylor's work, but then realized I'd been 'reading' the Gonji title for the last 3 years...so I shall use this as my time to re-read and finish it ;)
Was interested in The Scroll of Thoth, untilI priced it out online; $50 for a used paperback. Too rich for my blood! No ebook version either. I think I will stick with the Keith Taylor short stories, and Gonji as well.
Note: You've got two different entries in the poll for Gonji: Red Blade from the East. Combining them currently moves that book up into second place.

Of course the poll just helps narrow down topics that include as many books to broaden participation. Looks like a both Egypt + Gonji theme will emerge.
