Ashley Every Heart a Doorway

This book is supposed to be AMAZING... I’ve just ordered mine and it’s a great short read... 176 pgs. Everyone look into it!

Carla Big little lies is a great book but I’ve read it, so I would skip next month if you all went with it. But definitely recommend

Carla Stargirl (Stargirl, #1) by Jerry Spinelli also the summary for this reads a bit like a Taylor biography but simplified

Ah most of us might be too old then. None of the others are really convincing me somehow, except for big little lies, which I’ve read 🙈

I definitely think so... but it would be a SWIFT read ;-). Some messages never get old. Like learning that being different is okay. The book I wrote in Every Heart a Doorway is supposed to be SWIFT and excellent :-). I hope swifties will choose to give it a chance! But I love all (ALMOST all) books haha, so we’ll see. Are we doing any sort of themes or anything like that each month? I’ve kinda fallen off the map but I’m back so I’m just curious. ♥️

nay Honestly I am down with literally anything!

message 9: by Kristin (new)

Kristin They all sound good so far! I can’t think of any books to add to the list, but I’ll read whatever is chosen.

Hopefully, during the last week of April, we will have a few more write-ins and we can review and revote if we need to!

Ashley Well as every heart a doorway is my write in, I’m hoping it stays in the lead haha ;-). I’ve heard nothing but rave reviews from my fav authors, critics, and friends alike!

**BUT** obviously I’ll read anything chosen :-)

Cheryl I've read Big Little Lies and is SOOO good. Like, way better than the HBO series. I didn't vote for it, since I read it, but if y'all wanted to read it, its an excellent choice.

Also, thank you for doing the poll. I've somehow missed how the past 2 months books have been picked and I missed the last one because of it. I have to see if I'll have a chance to grab this month's book.

Ashley Seanan McGuire delivers, I have to say (author of every heart a doorway) it’s such a quick read we could probably even read the second book in the series too ! Would be a break from longer books if just a sole read. If you like Alice in Wonderland type stuff, but what happens in the aftermath... we’re sure to love it !

Carla I saw someone wrote in “The Hate U Give” and i just finished it and would definitely recommend anyone reading it (and would be down to discuss it)

Rayhne A Tess Hey guys I added a write in! It’s The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer and it is really good. It’s a bit dark, but interesting and definitely a great read. But as (I now have the app back on my phone) I’m down for anything!
