I want to annotate a book and gift it to my best friend, but I don't know which book I should do. I want something that kind of focuses on friendship so that I can make it meaningful to us specifically. As of now, here are some of my options: They Both Die At The End and The Chaos Of Standing Still. It doesn't have to be all about friendship, but at least a bit. Any ideas? (write-in answers)

Broken Things by Lauren Oliver. It’s a murder mystery but when I read it I found that that aspect of the book was more on the back burner and it instead focused more on a broken friendship. I’m usually not a fan of mysteries but this one was really good. It really made me think on my own friendships.

first of all, that's so nice of you! I would die if someone did that for me. I heard Wilder Girls kinda focuses on friendship, but i have not yet read it. Maybe We were liars? It's more of a suspense novel but i think there are some worthy quotes in there. Plus, it'll make him/her cry😌 not everyone likes the writing style though, so she/he may hate the book😭

Maybe like Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe? I’ve heard it’s about friendship and stuff even though I haven’t read it myself, it sounds really cool.

I would say crescent city is a good Choice if she haven’t read it yet because ist is about a Friendship but also about Love i Reallöhne liked it:)
If you guys have a childhood book you both read, that could be cute! Harry Potter would probably have a ton of friendship quotes/scenes, and Percy Jackson would probably have some between Grover and Percy.

The Lion, Witch, and the Wardrobe has a lot of sibling love in it so maybe that would work? I mostly read Fantasy so I don’t have many suggestions 😅
