Please vote on a book to read for Shark Week 2022. (They haven't announced when it will be but I'm guessing late June/early July.)
One of our criteria is availability as an e-book. After last year's experience, another factor may be... not the Meg series.

I agree, one of those short ones I could definitely squeeze in… and I don‘t care which one…
I thought we had sworn off another Meg? 😂

A pollster's trick to make us more excited about whatever we select in contrast!

I voted for Close to Shore, since it sounds the most interesting and was on my list for this year anyway. But I would also do Apex Predator if that means that all four of us can participate.
I'll go with the herd and vote for Close to Shore: The Terrifying Shark Attacks of 1916--otherwise we would end up deadlocked. A good reason to have odd-numbered groups! I may send out feelers to a couple GR friends to see if they want to join us.
The runner-up is Megalodon: Apex Predator. I think whether some of us want to squeeze that in may depend on when Shark Week 2022 actually takes place this year. They've often made an announcement in late May so I'm hoping we'll hear something soon.
I'll set up the book discussion thread once we get the dates.
