Southcrop Forest by Lorne Rothman and A Spring without Bees: How Colony Collapse Disorder Has Endangered Our Food Supply by Michael Schacker are the two books chosen for " The Year of Biodiversity Reading Challenge " of The Green group.

One of the options appears to be incorrect. "Where the Wild Things Were" by Will Stolzenberg was suggested, not "Where the Wild Things Are"; the more famous (and quite fun) children's book by Maurice Sendak.

Thanks for pointing this information. Where the Wild Things Were: Life, Death, and Ecological Wreckage in a Land of Vanishing Predators by Will Stolzenberg is effectively a Green group member's suggestion. I have added it at the list. So, the poll will run for a second vote!
Where the Wild Things Are by Maurice Sendak is a proposal by the moderator of The Children/YA book club for the Spring Book club of this section.
