Uh oh, I just read this on wikipedia: "Simon Morgenstern is both a pseudonym and a narrative device invented by Goldman to add another layer to his novel The Princess Bride." I guess it doesn't fall under the category of a fractured/rewritten/modernized fairy tale :(

Huh? Yes it is still applicable! I hope!! It's already on my list of books to read for March, for the challenge in another group. It's also one of my all-time favorites - but I haven't read it for years. Please let us read it!
Whoever put Princess Bride bravo! :) I actually just rented that from the library last week and have yet to read so this would be perfect :)
The Book of Lost things is a cute book, I think the audience for it may be younger but it was interesting throughout and fun to read I wouldn't mind reading it again!
Huh. I thought Lost Things was awfully dark. I gave up on it.
