Bella "Redeemed herself" for her 'poor choice' of becoming a vampire, they "fought the same war for long enough" so that now they are friends in the end.

I think it's good. cuz deep down, Rosalie is really a good vampire. and i thought it was good that they could live in some kind of peace for the next few decades... at least until Rosalie gets all pig-headed-ly stupid again.

She never did do anything for Bella, just for the baby, assuming Bella would die and she could raise the baby. I'm happy she helped keep Renesme alive but she stayed selfish all the way through. I did soften towards her in ECLIPSE when she shared her gut wrenching story with Bella (ultimate betrayal rape death!) but even THEN she said she didn't want to be friends (just wanted to be understood?) She was a spoiled rich-bitch before death and hadn't improved in 50+ years even in death? To still be so self-absorbed that she can't be happy for Edward finally finding love even though she knows what that's like with Emmet? Even after provoking Edward's suicide attempt at the end of New Moon and asking Bella's forgiveness she still didn't warm up to Bella? And we're not guessing here.. Edward could read her mind and confirmed Jacob's guesses several times in Breaking Dawn that she cared nothing about Bella and would have let her die anytime if it didn't matter to saving Renesme. Rosalie may do Bella's hair, etc. for the wedding but did Alice make her? lol She helps her stay alive for the baby but she is never affectionate or truly sacrificing for another person except Emmet. She doesn't even respect Carlisle in several arguments across 4 books.

BUT THAT's what makes her a great antagonist! The actress played her role VERY WELL! lol

i liked her before breaking dawn. i've always liked her, even in twilight!

i liked her in eclipse and a bit in breaking dawn, but that changed throughout the book, she only cared about the baby, but bella was kinda dumb and warming up to Rosalie when she was pregnant, but she was being clueless in general when she was pregnant

i thought the actress was good and portraved her well but she did not look right in my opinion (she had to get her hair dyed and a skin bleach!!!!!!!)

yeah I'm sure it was tough to get fictionally perfect featured actors who could really act but then again life isn't fair and some folks do get it all. lol. normally the esquisitely beautiful actors can't act though; just pose. that's even what kristen said about the other guys who tried out for Edward. Only Rob had brought any depth to the role during audition and the rest were models striking poses. lol

I found that the more I read into Breaking Dawn I was amazed that such a hard core self perserved famale could be succombed to the more powerful energy of a human event (giving birth and motherhood). I think this gave Rose a chance to redeem herself and show her true colors of just being a jealous vampire that envies any human that can procreate.

I think Rosalie has some serious issues because she cant even be happy for edward who finally found someone to be with. Edward is always there for everyone but rosalie wont be there for anone but herself, she would only help if carlisle forces her to. I think she needs to appreciate her family. She is only using bella for renesmee hopping she would die and the baby would be hers. She is a spoiled bitch. She has no respect for Carlisle or Esme. Esme is really kind to her. I dont know why emmett wants to be with her.
