Oh, now that you point that out, that does look familiar. Haven't read it though. Is it dystopian or fantasy? Looks like it would be something like that from the cover.

Dystopian, set in two points of view, the wealthy (well off) and the poor. It's interesting to see the views clash
I actually didn't much care for Legend. It looks like I might be not reading the July book of the month.
