Our organisation’s vision doesn’t really inspire me. We rarely celebrate our achievements. Everyone always wants more, more, more. We are governed mainly by the issue of the day. We don’t dare to make choices, which is why we try to do everything. I could work – and wouldn’t mind working – smarter. We have a strategic direction, but not everyone is familiar with it. We have an objective, but it doesn’t provide any direction. Everyone tries to reach their own goals, but there seems to be little consistency.”
