“Does that make me the cloud that keeps hiding you, then?”

His face softened and he leaned down for a chaste kiss, his moist lips against her sweet, plump ones making them both whimper. “You are my rainbow,” he said, pulling back and holding her gaze. “Always shining after the storm.”

She looked at him for a moment and then let out a snort, an inelegant sound that made her flail frantically trying to cover her mouth. “Oh my god. That was terrible.”
